Our initial plan was to club till club close,

and then head back to Steve's place to get our stuffs,

and then to Sentosa.

However, we screwed up the plan when we reach Steve's place.

Everyone collapsed on the bed and some went to the market to eat.

End up, no Sentosa :[

Kinda sad actually.

But still, we had fun!

Gotta wait another month for it.

I slept my way through Saturday afternoon till Sunday morning.
Woke up for awhile for a couple of times though.

Sorry that I've been neglecting this space for quite some time.

Life's been pretty hectic for me.

Was rushing my assignments ever since monday,

funny thing, it's still not done yet.

Deadline: 2nd March and another assignment (which I totally haven get started on) on 5th March.

I'm like so dead but yet cutting out fun isn't quite my style.

Overall, I still spent a hell load of time with my friends, hahaha.

Thought that I could rest today before celebrating J's birthday at dinner time,

but I got woken up by the guys with 8 missed calls at like 10am.

"Go prepare now, we driving to your place already"

Thought of saying no cos I'm like super duper tired but in the end yes cos I am spontaneous like that.

We hung and merried around till 6ish before I head down city to meet up the girls.

Missed ice-skating with the boys though, never mind I'm sure there'll be a next time.

But dinner tonight was really great and it was nice catching up with the girls.

Will upload the photos soon but not tonight cos I'm gonna do up my assignment, ugh.

On second thoughts,

I think I shall continue my assignment tomorrow.

Feeling kinda lazy to use my brain tonight.

Had an awesome steamboat dinner with my mom, bro and sis tonight!

Had been craving for steamboat since 2 weeks ago.

My mom brought us to M hotel's steamboat dinner.

& I rate it 4.5/5.0.

It's hotel buffet style, so,

instead of cooked food,

they display a wide variety of raw food.

The soup is very nice, the raw food are very very hygenic,

and they have their usual buffet desserts as well.

What's not to love man??

Their seafood's really fresh and bigggggggg

First prawning experience!

& definitely the last.

It's sooooo boring, as in prawning is sooooo boring.

We entertained ourselves instead.

Everyone tell me that prawning's a couple activity.
I don't get it!
It's already boring at the start when we have 6 people.

Went to some Chinese hightea restaurant with my girls at UOB building yesterday.

It's at the 60th storey hence it has a very good view.

The high tea menu changes every month and the food's really good.

Anyone who's interested after reading this post, you should really go try it.

It's only $23/person.

We felt like royalties from china having tea together.

In fact, my two best friends watched too many oriental dramas,

they kept pretending that they are the concubines and I'm the slave.

Sigh.

My first time buying a cheongsam! It's really pretty.

K la, it was quite a fun trip to Chinatown if the people there are more friendly :[

Ate dinner and chill with the girls over some coffee.

It was a really fruitful and fun day for us, it has been long ever since we did this.

Well anw, today's fruitful too!

Just got home from shopping.

Bought many many things and I'm very happy :D

But sad thing is,

a pair of earrings I bought broke when I took it out from the shopping bag.

I guess the reason why I cried so hard,
was partly because I had regrets.
I regretted not spending more time with you,

It has been almost 2 years ever since you left.

Whenever my friends talk about you, or when I think about you,

People always tell me how strong I am,

to be able to survive everything by myself when I used to have someone by my side to lighten my load for me for 4 years.

The truth is,

I feel tired sometimes.

There are some days whereby I really wish that I can do everything I want, knowing that there's gonna be someone right behind watching over me and catch me if I failed.

But you know, throughout these 2 years,

I've been doing everything alone, deciding everything by myself at my own risk, knowing that I am fully responsible for my life and no, there wouldn't be any shelters around for me if it rains.

No matter how strong I am,

sometimes I really wish for someone to tell me "everything's gonna be just fine cos I'll be here with you."

Anw, just a random thought that always comes into my mind whenever I feel down.

It's only gonna last for awhile and if I felt better after a sleep,

I might just delete this entry off.

MBS with my favourite girls

My dad got me a room @ MBS last week for 3 days!

The room has a great great view,

somehow, we all felt blissful waking up every morning to it.

Anyway, this post is gonna be really really long,

thanks to all the pictures.

It took me super long to process them and I swear it was one tedious job.

Me and my girls have always wanted to go overseas for a trip together,

but our schedules can never be coordinated :[

Sooooo, to create some "yay-we-went-for-holiday-together!" mood,

I'm gonna make this blog post look as interesting as possible k.

DAY 1

We checked in,

k to be exact, I checked in with my dad first.

D and J came after that cos they were late.

When we stepped in the room,

the curtains did a grand welcome by opening themselves automatically,

damn cool haha!

Anyway,

we camwhored in the room while settling down.

& also to kill time before heading out for dinner.

Don't mind us k, I know we looked silly,

but, all for the sake of fun right!

After camwhoring for 1 hour,

we headed down to Plaza Singapura for some groceries shopping,

and then had our dinner @ Cafe Cartel.

Y'know,

I miss those days when CC has free flow bread.

I remember when I was in secondary school,

my classmates and I will go there for lunch after school.

We will order food less than 5 dollars and then fill our tummies up with their breads, HAHA.

I know right, super kiasu singaporean,

but that was when we were young and pocket money was limited back then.

DAY 2

We spent the whole day slumming in bed,

talking bout ridiculous stuffs and laughing like no one's business.

The pool is really great, with beautiful scenery (again!) and bigbig wind.

Anyway, the day was pretty normal yet fulfilling.

My mom came to join us at night because she was going to the casino as well.

While she was at it, we prepared for ladies night.

It was really fun dolling up together with your friends.

Felt like we're going to the school prom

She looked damn pretty that day la!

My mom joined us for a couple of drinks too!

D said that J looks more like my mom's daughter!!!!

My mom comfort me by saying,

"aiya dearrrr, cos you look more like papa mah!"

K la, I accept that, it's true anyway.

I'm like a female version of my dad and I know it.

We headed down to Butter to meet D's classmates.

It was fun @ Butter, surprisingly!

It has been ages ever since I partied there.

DAY 3

Woke up to a short hangover.

It was fun waking up next to both of them cos we can talk about what happened last night.

Apparently it was nothing much, but just fun.

We woke up at 7am and chatted til noon time.

Seriously, I wonder why we always have so many things to talk about LOL.

Headed downstairs to DinTaiFung for brunch.

All of us still felt a little hung from last night.

My favouritteeeeeeee. This cured my hangover :D

I reached home feeling drained and fell into a deep snooze for hours.

Friends enjoy each other's company, for sure.

But for some friends, they just can't live together in harmony;

like, due to them having different practices, different way of living, etc.

This short stay at MBS made me realized that,

me, D and J definitely can live together in peace!

Our way of living are similar enough;

probably we should get an apartment together next time.

LOL, just sayingggggg.

Hi, sorry for not updating these few days.

Just came back from my 3 days MBS stay with the girls on Thursday & was working today.

Working again tomorrow too!

In summary, life is good, can't stop eating, appetite growing (it was already very big), getting fatter, not getting any slimmer at all, my long awaited blogshop outfits finally arrived, Christmas is coming and still dunno what's the plan, and yes, still busy converting oxygen to carbon dioxide.

Went shopping with mom yesterday.

Forever21 is soooooo sinful.

Almost all apparels cost 21-39 bucks only,

everything's so cheap and the best thing is,

they are all of good quality !

I bought like a pair of shoes (that only costs 39), and 6 pieces of clothes.

Felt super satisfied after that.

Treated my mom to dinner @ Hot Tomato (Somerset 313)

Didn't know what to eat so we just went in to try our luck.

The food was alright, I rate it a 4.5/10.

But I swear their tomato soup is the sexzx.

It is not those starchy type of soup.

It's like tomato broth, but super concentrated that kind.

Very very sour,

perked up my appetite indeed.

My mom's pork chop and sausages. The aglio olio is really good, suprisingly!


My rosemary half chicken. Quite a normal dish.

I didn't wear my shades all the way uh, I only wanna act cool take picture, LOL

I think it is worth a try during days when you have no idea what to eat.

The tomato soup is really really good, I must say again.

I paid only like 38bucks for 2 set meals.

I think it is quite affordable.

Christmas' coming!

The cold wind and street lights are here again.

As much as I can't wait for its arrival,

I have no idea how should I spend my Christmas this year :[

I spent my last Christmas with M;

dinner, late night movie, and stayed indoor together after that.

Thinking back, it was kinda nice actually.

For sure, it wouldn't be the same again this year.

Most probably,

it's gonna be staying home with my family, or partying if any of my friends asked me to.

My 2 best friends in the whole wide world are gonna spend it with their boyfriends,
and that makes me alone.

I know right, so sad.

Hopefully I'm able to get job offers during Christmas,

then I don't have to think so much about how I'm gonna spend it.

A Fieldtrip to the Zoooooooo

Went to the zoo with T today.

Woke up at 10am, and reached home by 10pm.

Unbelievable, for someone like me.

Took many pictures of the animals and quite frankly,

I've forgotten most of their names.

Some creatures have really weird names I swear.

Can't seemed to remember any of them at all.

It was fun.

Female models were paired up with male models,

and the guys removed their shirt for us to demonstrate how to wear it into dresses/skirts.

There were other segments too,

like getting audience on stage while we helped them wear the shirts into dresses.

& also some other games.
There was even a segment whereby we washed our hands with Dove soap,

A late late update on last Friday's gathering!

Met up with V and the rest for drinking session @ Princep.

It has been awhile because V enlisted in army.

The little gesture of kindness can really make someone's day.

Long story short,

there are many stray cats living at my house downstairs.

Animal traps were set up to catch them and have them injected to sleep.

Warnings were given to stop us from feeding them.

Some residents, including us, went against the odds and continued feeding them;

because to us, they are lives and they have all the rights to be part of this world.
No one should have any reasons to decide their fate for them on their behalf.

Sometimes I really wonder,

why is it that some people just have to play God and destroy things that belong to the nature?

Anyway, my neighbour told me a story today.
She met an indian man in the pet shop while she was buying cat food for the strays.
This poorly dressed man wore a shirt full of holes and an old pair of jeans.
& frankly, the pet shop seemed like the last place he should be buying things from.

My neighbour was intrigued;

so she went over to talk to him.

He told my neighbour he's looking for cat food as well.

The cat food is for the stray cats living around the area where he works at.

The strays are always hungry and often, they scavenge for food around the neighbourhood.

Many people find them an eyesore and some even abuse them physically.

He felt sorry for the cats because he thinks that they are just trying to survive and mean no harm.

Being a righteous person,

he decided to feed them by himself.

They went over to the check out counter,
& he took out his very old and filthy wallet.

In it contained a single piece of $10 note.
He drew it out, handed it to the cashier, and got back a 50cents change.
That coin was the only thing he has left with in his wallet after that.

My neighbour was touched.
She wanted to tell him "hey, it's on me",
but she didn't;
I asked her why and she said,
"well, he deserves the joy of compassion fully, I shouldn't steal any of it."

By the way,

he's merely a foreign construction worker.

For him, life may be hard , money may be little,
but he remained selfless.

You know what I think?
I think that last coin in his pocket made him a million times richer instead.

A true giver is someone who gave more than what he could give;

It is not the amount a person give that matters,

but the ratio of what he's willing to give, to what he has.

A billionaire may have donated a million dollars,

but he can never be compared to someone who just gave away his last penny.

Just spent a fulfilling Saturday with my family today.

Had loads of laugh; my parents are exceptionally funny and I dunno why.

We had our usual meal @ MBS' Rise buffet.

It's our favourite buffet restaurant and their foods' pretty amazing and they have a wide variety.

I love their environment and the way their tables were set up.

They have the nicest breads!

Simply eat it with their butter pads and you just can't stop eating.

I ate 2 and I forced myself to stop because bread is too filling :[

Life is always well-balanced.

No one is able to have the best out of all aspects; there is bound to have one or few down side(s).

You are envious of this girl, who is so pretty, popular and rich.
Little do you know, she lost her mother when she was 5.

You pity the poor and ugly nerd in your class who is not well-liked by people,
but little do you know, he has a very happy and supportive family by his side.

The nature of life balance changes from time to time too.

A personal recount:

there was once, my family had a fight and things got pretty nasty at home.

I remember myself feeling rather down and affected.

But after a few days, all of a sudden,

my money and career aspects improved;
I received many job offers and ended up earning quite a lot during that period.

I'm not sure if I'm over-thinking or over-analyzing,

but I've applied this at any point of time in my life and it always makes sense.

The changes, be it for the better or worse, are often drastic and easy to notice.
The good and bad in life are always balanced out by the end of the day.

As for right now,

my love and career are not doing great but,

my family's really happy now, I have great friends by my side, and I have enough to spend.

2 months back, when my love and career started going down,
I was expecting the rest to improve and yes, they did.

God is fair.

He knows that you need a boost when something in your life is screwing up.

It's like, he wants you to know that,
when something goes wrong in life, you shouldn't give up just like that;
as there are other things in your life that is worth living for.

Spent my whole day with D yesterday. 

I must say, it was really fulfilling for both of us.

We started off at our usual afternoon steamboat place @ Xian De Lai restaurant.

We just eat a lot all the time.

I swear I'm going crazy reading those food blogs.

Just had a work out session at my gym earlier on.

Naturally, that increased my appetite even though I had dinner already.

After showering, I sat infront of my laptop and started reading 3 different food

blogs and I swear,

those sinful pictures had me eye-savouring them for almost 1 whole hour.

The amount of saliva I secrete from my salivary glands can fill up half a cup, and nope, not being exaggerating here at all.

Right now,

my cravings just keep piling up.

I want a really really sinful & messy burger with slices of pickles in it. But I chose this picture cos it looks the best.

Took a trip down to Vintage Hair Studio @ Fareast Plaza yesterday.

For people who read my blog, I used to do my hair at their Holland V outlet.

Yesterday was my first time visiting their new shop at Fareast.

It is bigger than the shop at Holland V. This outlet actually covers 1100 sq ft.

It is really new, and the shop's design is based on Rome theme.

HOW MUCH I LOVE THEIR MIRRORS!

I swear those mirrors made me look prettier.

I happened to think that those pillars are a great match with the mirror frame, don't you think so too?

It was one of those days whereby I'm tired of my hair, again.

I sat down without knowing what should I do to my hair, hahaha!

The stylist actually said that I'll look good with short hair.

I was tempted to try it but I guess I chickened out in the end :[

The stylist then decided to do 3D tone highlights (Black) and Nutri Lux Colour treatment for me.

These will make my hair colour look more glossy and fresh.

My red coloured hair faded a little actually, so he suggested these to enhance my colour back.

This is the product I used.

It contains macadamia oil, a kind of oil that is often present in hair care products that is good for the hair.

Unlike other hair dye products, it contains NO PPD (p-Phenylenediamine).

You may ask, what is PPD?

It is a chemical found in most hair dyes that causes allergies to certain users.

There were records of people who are allergic to it being hospitalized.

Long term exposure of PPD can cause cancer such as from the bladder, uterine and breast.

Hence, the hair dye product used on my head is 100% safe and free from that PPD monster.

Besides colouring my hair, I finally chop off some of my hair lengths!

My hair used to be really really long, but there were many split ends.

I didn't want to cut them away cos I'm afraid my hair will look short.

I guess yesterday was the first time I finally shorten my hair, after like, 1 year plus?

My hair looked so much darker with the black highlights!

The curl's a little dramatic, I know. They curled and blown my hair before I took the pictures.

Can't help but notice how glossy my hair has become! Btw I mosaic my face cos I did a funny expression LOL

Just got a freaking 3-question long "question" in my formspring.

I seldom get hatred questions, I did receive it a few times, but none quite like this one.

Let's just take it as the person here is a she, shall we?

Let me break this down for you guys.

1. She has no life.

Who, in their right mind, with a life, would go to someone's formspring and bombard them with a 3-5 question long speech just to show their hatred? If she hates me so much while having a life she would've hated me discreetly right? And I really wonder does she know what is formspring for. Can someone knock some sense into her that formspring is for asking questions?

2. She's stereotyping that girls who frequent clubs are bad girls

Oh boy, she's offending more than 50% of the teenage girls in the whole world. Well, this further proves a point I stated earlier on: SHE HAS NO FREAKING LIFE. Seriously bitch, this is the limit. I don't have so much fucks to give. But apart from that, I must say, virginity is not the lack of dignity, but the lack of opportunity. Are you having some issues about yourself being a virgin? So much that you wanna put me down and let everyone misunderstand that I'm some form of slut? Are you so insecure that you have to undermine me to make yourself feel better that no one wants a fuck from you?

5.I'm just hiding the nerd side of me, bitch. I swear I own you in mental sums.

I don't have to explain anything about her doubting my intelligence. Apparently she doesn't have a say in that because if she's so highly intelligent, she wouldn't be here barking like a loser in my formspring.

It was quite a busy day today!
Went to Vivo to collect my pay and headed down to town and met Dion.
After running some errands with me, both of us went to Suki Sushi for dinner.
Seriously, the buffet is really worth it.
Unlike Sakae Sushi, Suki Sushi allows you to choose anything from the menu.
& each of us is entitled to a treat that is really awesome.

Had been staying at D's since Sunday.

Just got myself back home last night.

It felt as though I've spent an entire week at her place but in actual fact,

Hello there!

It's friday today!

Gonna go dinner and ktv with my girls tonight before hitting Rebel!

Man, I sure miss Rebel. It has been awhile ever since I partied there.

I think it has been 3 weeks :[

Hope tonight's a good night!

Went out with my mom yesterday!

I am super proud of myself hahaha.

I went ladies night the night before and I drank quite alot.

However, I still managed to get out of bed without a slightest hint of hangover.

& I went out with my mom till night!

We went for high tea @ Orchard Hotel.

Wanted to go trim our eyebrows actually but we didn't go cos it's at amk, haha.

So we stayed at Orchard and shop around.

Good Cheer Pub @ Serangoon Gardens

Indeed it feels like home, all the time.

Used to frequent there almost once or twice a week,

especially during poly years.

It has been 3 months ever since I last went there.

The lady boss was elated when she saw us.

We hugged and talked for awhile too.

For me and my girls, it feels like our pub McLarens, hahaha!

(Only people who watched HIMYM will get what I mean!)

We spent the night there after our steamboat dinner.

We drank beer, talked, laughed and sang a little.

Last night was one of the nights we 3 laughed the hardest.

Apparently I was really hilarious last night, HAHAHA.

It was one nice, chilling night !

Went home around 1am even!

We need to spend more time like this man.

& I'm spending my whole day at home today!

It feels really good to be able to relax at home.

Yes finally finished my third and most scary paper, Marketing.
I'm pretty sure that I screwed up my MCQ section though.

Apart from studying for my exams,

I have been reminiscing a lot lately.

I don't know why is it so but, I do it really often.

I thought about my kindergarten days,
having fun in class, meeting new friends.
Going back home by school bus,
& having my aunt to fetch me home from downstairs,
watching my favourite cartoon and eating a popsicle and do those fun homework everyday.
During holidays,
I would go back Malaysia and spend 1 whole month living and playing with my cousins.
Man, those were times whereby I'm the happiest.

After I'm done thinking about all these,
I went on thinking about my primary school days.
I remember how inferior I was as a kid.
The emotions still remained in some part of me and when I think back to those days,
it all comes back to me.

Of cos not forgetting secondary school,
the years whereby I went totally rebellious.
Regretted that period though,
I believe that I would have been better now if it wasn't for those shits I did during secondary school.

I even thought about the day I graduated from secondary school,
the days I spent in poly.
I even thought about how I was before I started working events and take up modelling.
I was so different, I had really low self esteem.

After thinking so much,
it all came down to one conclusion:

Life stops for no one, it goes on and on and you pace with it.

Sometimes, it goes a little too fast and you'll stumble;

but you pick yourself up, and continue following it anyway.

You'll regret the steps you did not take, or the steps you did take.

However, it is all too late now to redo any of it.

All you have to know is, whatever that is happening now,

is gonna become a past someday in your future.

Make no regrets, take each step correctly,

so that in the future, you'll look back and smile,

knowing that whatever you did, are what you would have done.

Having exam period now.
Mugging is already tough enough.
Just last Saturday, I got this stomach virus infection.
I swear it's the worst feeling on earth.
I can't lie down or sit up in comfort.
Nauseous all the way.
I've been acting like a piece of strawberry jelly since then. (yeah I like strawberries can?)
It got better this morning though.
& I went for my first paper, accounting.
Luckily that is my best subject so I didn't have to study much while I'm in pain.

Anyway, doctor said that I'll gain back my appetite only after a week.

Loss of appetite = don't eat much = instant diet!

So I guess this is the blessing in disguise for me, hahaha!
But today, I had cravings for Mcspicy.
Fine, fated to be a fatso for life.
Apparently my appetite regained back to its form only after 2 days -.-

Gonna rest tonight and start studying tomorrow for my next paper :[

My life recently same old routine.

Nothing much happened.

Everyday study study study, or should I say, trying trying trying to study.

I am very screwed for my papers.

I don't aim HD or D anymore, just gimme a P or C and I'll be glad to the max.

But wells, it's gonna be a 2 whole month holiday after the papers.

CAN'T WAIT AT ALL!

Gonna be damn busy with events during November.

& maybe going for a short trip to some countries with my mom and cousin :D

Also, gonna go ktv with my SIM classmates, hahaha!

Never really hang out together before.

& we're gonna have a BBQ at my place!

Of cos, not forgetting my weekly Rebel/Zirca dosage.

Ohhhhhh mannnnnnnn,

I can't wait for the holidays :[

Gonna stop using my laptop and go study now :[

Totally neglected my blog, hahahaha!

Kinda busy with studying recently :[

Funny thing,

I didn't absorb much of anything I studied, ha.

However, I seldom head out recently hence there's nothing for me to blog about.

But so happy, I finally went out today!

I go Woodlands Library with my cousin to study.

I know going to the library isn't anything fun,

but it kinda made me feel like a road trip though, hahaha!

Think I too long never come out already :[

So I took a lot of pictures although is in library!

My mom came over to find us too!

So cute and random right? hehe

She also very narcissistic like me

Studied from 3pm till around 7pm and headed for dinner.

Causeway point changed so freaking much after the renovation!

I used to hang around at Causeway point with Dion and some of my other friends during sec school days.

Went there almost everyday after school.

& now the whole shopping mall is different from how it used to be.

Good bye teenage memories :[

Sigh, feeling kinda sentimental now.

Gonna study alone tomorrow at Woodlands library again!

I find that I can really concentrate while studying there.

Any friends that stay at woodlands, do meet me for dinner leh!

I've got soooooo many things to do but I just can't get one started.
Everyday, I wake up, sit infront of my com, and go to sleep at night.
I'm really really super lazy and I think I'm turning into a fat bitch.

Things to do :

1. Study for my exams (1st paper on 24th Oct ! )
2. Clear and tidy up my wardrobe
3. Clear and tidy up my shelves and desk
4. Find my old mp3 cos I need it to listen to songs from now on since I lost my iphone's earpiece.
5. Or maybe go get a new iPhone earpiece
6. Stop losing or spoiling earpieces cos this is the 4th one in a year
7. Do some online shopping for clothes
8. Do something to my pimple outbreak :[

I better clear off 2, 3 and 7 today and start the rest tomorrow.

Sometimes, I forgot the fact that I'm a human. You made me forget that. Whenever I see you upset, all I wish is someone to be there for you. I don't see myself as myself anymore. I see myself as someone that cares for you unconditionally. I really hope that I can be the reason for you to be happy, be it just once in awhile; but I know I'll never be.

I wanna give up so much.

The food's pretty good just that quite pricey.
